Michelles' Wellbeing Journey is compassionately designed to soothe and regulate your mind body and soul and cultivate a profound sense of trust and safety within. The aim is to release the tension from your nervous system, facilitating a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The Journey is designed to calm the mind, create a deeply trusting, safe environment for you to rest in. A beautiful and deeply calming experience! Your sound healing session is a blend of grounding exercises, deep relaxation, and immersive soundscapes to create a therapeutic atmosphere.

About the experience:

  • Begin with Grounding Breathing, IEFT Tapping Yoga, Massage: Start with slow, mindful breaths and gentle tapping on specific energy points to center participants, helping them connect with their body and alleviate stress.

  • Deep Relaxation: Invite participants to release any tension, guiding them into a state of stillness and openness. Preparing them for the sound bath experience, encouraging them to embrace their inner journey.

  • Sounds from Nature: Waterfalls, birds, or wind, which naturally encourage relaxation.

  • Crystal Bowl and Pyramid: These create resonant frequencies that can help your chakras align and soothe and regulate your nervous system.

  • Voice and Music: Gentle vocals, instrumental harmonies are created to deepen the experience of healing.

  • Silence: Between the sounds, moments of silence are essential. They allow for your internal reflection, processing, and are an opportunity for the body and mind to integrate healing vibrations.

  • End with Grounding: You are gently brought back to full awareness

  • Post-Session: You are invited to share insight and solidify the sense of calm and connectedness
